What to do

Earning referral credits is easy:

1.      Tell your friends with Small to Medium Businesses about QEnergy; remember, we handle the transfer process for them, so it’s easy to switch to us!

2.      Give them your Referral Code and tell them to:

• Call QEnergy on 1300 44 85 35 and state your referral code
• Click here to upload their own bill and record your referral code in the correct field

3.      QEnergy will take care of the rest!

4.      Once your friend’s energy account has switched to QEnergy:

• You will receive your $50 Referral Credit off your next issued bill
• Your friend will receive their $50 Referral Credit off their first bill

And remember, there’s no limit on the number of people you can refer!

Terms and conditions

1. This offer is only available to existing QEnergy Customers who refer new customers that qualify to become QEnergy Customers; including but not limited to the following criteria:

• QEnergy must be able to service their network

2.      The referring customers Referral Code must be stated in either:

• The call to QEnergy; or
• The Bill Upload page on the QEnergy website

3.      The offer is only available to QEnergy internal sales

4.      The referral credit will only be applied to both accounts once the new customer has successfully transferred to QEnergy
