Steve McRae – Non-executive Chairman.
Steve brings many years of experience as an entrepreneur starting successful businesses, as well as having a wealth of expertise in both solar power and the power utility sector. Steve was the first CEO of Energex Retail.

Peter Evans – Non-executive Director.
Peter was a founding director of RBS Morgans, one of Australia’s largest privately owned stockbroking firms.

Kate Farrar (formerly Skilleter) – Managing Director.
Kate ran Ergon Energy Retail for many years and was the architect of the acquisition of discount retailer Powerdirect. Kate is a widely-recognised expert in electricity markets, as well as bringing to the company significant experience in the banking and finance sector.

John Edwards – Member Services Manager.
John has 12 years’ experience in the electricity industry, mostly with discount retailer Powerdirect before joining QEnergy. John is responsible for delivering electricity programs to members of industry groups.

Pat Milwright – Trade Association Manager.
Pat was also with Powerdirect for many years before joining QEnergy and has extensive experience in electricity and other utilities, servicing trade associations and other commercial groups to achieve substantial group and individual member benefits.
