Two main documents govern the relationship that you have with QEnergy as your electricity retailer.

QEnergy’s Market Contract gives you details of our electricity sale arrangement with you, and the way in which QEnergy will do business. QEnergy will send you a copy of our Market Contract at the time when we first have a conversation with you, and our account managers will walk through the Market Contract as we discuss you becoming a QEnergy customer.

QEnergy also has a Direct Debit Request form and a Service Agreement which we need you to sign and fax back to us before we can complete the transfer to QEnergy. This gives permission to your bank for you to directly debit your monthly Cashflow Assist Program Payment and remit it to QEnergy.
