Our Customer Charter gives you details of rights, entitlements and obligations to each other, and sets out what you can expect as our customer. QEnergy will send you a copy of our Customer Charter when you become our customer.

Together with the Terms and Conditions of our electricity contract with you, the Charter applies to our customers in Queensland who are expected to consume less than 100MWh of electricity per year.

It outlines the key points of the applicable regulations which apply to the sale of electricity to such customers. These regulations include the Electricity Act 1994, the Electricity Regulation 2006 and the Electricity Industry Code 2007.
